Where do I send my custom design?
Send all artwork to flush@pg-wiz.com.
My file is too big to email. How can I get it to you?
For large files either supply us with a cd or contact us to gain access to our FTP server.
We can accept the following formats:
- .AI .EPS (text must be outlined)
- .PSD, .JPG (must be 300 DPI or greater)
Unacceptable formats will incur cleanup charges.
What part of the screen are you able to print on?
We recommend these 3 locations for the best possible results when printing. Remember, small text or important information may not reproduce well due to the holes in Area 3.
What ink colors are available?
We are able to match any color you provide including PMS matching. Keep in mind, some colors look better than others on certain backgrounds.
How many colors can you print on my custom screen?
We will print up to 2 spot colors provided they are not touching.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround 7-10 business days. Ship time will vary based on location.
Where are you located?
Our production facility is located in Dallas, Texas.
Do you have an order minimum?
There is no minimum for stock designs. For custom orders our minimum is only 6 pieces.
